Communication skills (verbal and written) 2. Strong work ethic 3. Teamwork skills (works well with others, group communication) 4. Initiative 5. Analytical skills What is your strongest skill? What skill needs improvement? What skill do you think you will need the most in your future/current profession? In addition to this task, please include a vocabulary list of unfamiliar words from the required readings and provide definitions. Remember to cite the sources of these definitions.

As per my assessment, my strongest skill is my analytical ability and a passion for crunching numbers and deriving insights from data. My weakest skill would be adequate communication skills especially the verbal form to effectively communicate the insights to the top management.

According to me, the most relevant skill in the future would be the ability to work well in team and also ensure that individual contribution is valued in the team. Moreover communication skills, which is one of my weak areas, will also remain a very important factor and that's why I am trying to improve on it to ensure a smooth career progression.
