Aggregators in finance purchase pool of securities like MBS (Mortgage Based Securities buy at lower price and sell it at higher price). They help in securitization of Mortgage assets. Banks or other institutions acts as aggregators.

Benefits provided by aggregators are
1. They help in creating pool of Mortgage Based Securities based on requirements of clients.
2. They also help in freeing of securities from the books of banks and helps in increasing liquidity.
