(Her monthly rent is $600.00 per month). What kind of remedy (s) should the landlord seek? What obligations, if any, does the landlord have to the tenant?

- According to Lease aggreement between tenant and landlord, breach of aggrement happened along with property damage to landlord.

- So landlord seek remedy here,. He can sue upon Tenant(Jesica) for breach of contract and wilful damage to apartment.Jesisca didnot give prior notice to Landlord about leaving apartment before the term.
