DOES THE COMPANY MATCH MY CONTRIBUTIONS?

- Company match can significantly increase the overall value of the retirement account of the employee. Employees are also contributing similar to the employees to their retirement plan and it will mean that there will be a larger Corpus which are available to the employee at the end of his employment period so he can have a larger retirement Corpus if the company is matching overall contributions.
