Sal and Sally went to business school together 10 years ago. They have just been hired by a midsized corporation that wants to bring in new financial managers. Sal studied finance, with an emphasis on financial markets and institutions. Sally majored in accounting and became a CPA 5 years ago. Who is more suited to be treasurer and who controller? Briefly explain.

Sal has studied finance and he has knowledge of the financial Markets and institutions so he would be better suited to be a treasurer and he can better manage with the finances of the company and apply it in a better manner so Sal is a better choice for treasurer.

Sally is a better choice for controller because controller is mostly related with the accounting related work and she has studied accounting and she has also degree of certified public accountant so she would be better suited for the job of the controller which is requiring a lot of accounting skills.
