Business ethics is related to implications of ethical principles in the field of business which will help the managers in order to decide upon when they are struck between various ethical dilemma, so business ethics is a set of principles which will be followed in regards to the business which will help and guide the individuals in respect to make decisions which are related to ethical dilemma because there are many situations in the business in which business professionals are often encountering the ethical dilemma which is reflecting that business professional should be working in the direction of ethics for their personal interest.

Like for example, Ethical dilemma can arise in the context of whistleblowing which is reflecting that business professionals should either work for their job or they should work for the society in context of ethics.
