Financial Institutions in the United States are heavily regulated. Given the current focus on soundness, in particular liquidity and solvency in the face of crisis (stress tests), do you favor strengthening regulations or loosening them and why OR are regulators misguided in their current approach altogether?
We should loose the regulation to pump up money in to the market and to reduce the recession and give liquidity to the firm so the daily activities of the market goes on smoothly and people borrow as much as possible and today the situation is the valocity of money is almost zero that means transaction are very few to rise in the nimber of such transactions and Increase the velocity we have to loose regulations and allow the companies and finanacial institutions to make thier decision. By reducing regulations we will pump money into the market and it will increase the circulation of money.
