A big part of being a successful manager would be leveraging my
experience and technical skills to get the job done. But people
management skills is what i feel would be the key to succeed in
this situation.
Patience, comes as a true virtue in these stressful situation.
Along with these, other leadership skills such as good
communication skills, trust, flexibility,ability to adapt
accountability and an optimistic outlook would come handy.
