What all challenges might "Ingogians" face after the advent of new CEO Parker Segue, who has experience of running business in North America especailly in software application domain.

The newly hired CEO has an experience in working with the French firm Capgemini, where he was managing the Applications Development unit. Ingogians is generating majority of its revenues from North America (63%), and the Business vertical which accounts for highest revenues is Application and Software unit. I personally believe the two decades of experience that Parker has in managing service-oriented business coupled with client-facing relation with dealers in North America would be advantageous for the company for bringing in more business clients on board and broaden its top-line
