The Stanley works already was a global company , with half of it's sales coming from United States. With it's merger with Black and Decker added a variety of International brands and distribution channels that would help the company further enhance it's global presence with a total worth of 8.4 billion. The two companies deals in different products Stanley known for its hand tools and Becker for its construction tools. By building innovative solutions for tools for over 175 years it believes that it can conquer the global markets.
