Behavioral interviewing questions aim to understand how a candidate responds to a particular type of situation. These may relate to the candidate's past experiences also. They indicate how a person handles a project and manages issues at work. Answers for these questions can't be prepared before hand.

So, you can only be prepared with examples of past experiences and how they have helped in developing the required skills, experiences and personal qualities. This further needs to be presented in a well structure story using the STAR technique. Where:
