what types of situations make you feel pressured? how do you handle those situations
When I had to speak infront of larger crowds I feel very much pressured because by seeing large people I will get shearing. I overcome this by doing a speech practice in front of mirror before actual stage speech. So that I can overcome my fear and pressure easily.
The other instance I get pressured is during results declaration whether I will be get selected or not. I overcome this by Intially prepared for the worst situation possible if I not get selected. This motivates me to work hard and get selected.
