(TCO 9) Compare and contrast project control in an agile environment and in a traditional environment.
Agile environment is a way to follow iterations for completion of work and for estimation techniques. The control in agile is important and relevant with respect to deliveries and project control. At each stage a feedback from the teams and stakeholders is taken to control the deliverables and track the milestone. In it the scope, cost and schedule is controlled with respect to the iterations of feedback. In traditional environment the project is tracked at a high level and there are no iterations of deliveries. The project control is important to control the scope, cost and schedule for the project and thus keeping all in control. Any deviation in one element might impact the project quality and project delivery.
