Answer #1

Brand building inside an organization is done usually by the senior management team by defining a set of values and the mission for which the organization stands for. It is done by involving employees in the brand building process, continuously reinforcing values of the organization by demonstrating conduct in line with those values and encouraging other employees to work towards the mission of the company by providing necessary incentives and training.

The way internally organizational values are projected and its importance in the whole decision making process goes a long way and is probably the most important factor in internal brand building.
