Answer #1

Majority of the Negotiations are in terms of Pricing. With the financial impact it has, it requires people to be held to higher standards for them to be held on ethical standards.

Example: Many a times , the value of a property is not provided to the seller , if the buyer finds the seller to be in Dire need of money and not in a position to wait for a better deal. These scenarios are often often used by people to extract high value properties at a very cheap price and exploiting the situation.

The motive is pure profits as they can resell the property immediately at a higher price provided they just wait for the right buyer.
