Merger and Acqusition, If I am zoom trying to buy peloton would you buy it in cash or stock?

it is always wise to buy on to the stock method because stock acquisitions are better in the ways at it does not affect the overall liquidity of the company and it also helps in providing with the prospective share holders to gain in future through becoming the members of the new company.

cash acquisitions on other hands are highly traditional in nature and it needs lots of outflows of cash hence it would impact the overall liquidity of the firm and hence it is not advisable to have cash acquisitions in modernized scenario.

since, I am a supporter of stock acquisition as it is highly sophisticated method of acquisition which does not affect the liquidity of the company and infact it Widens the prospect of the futuristic share holders so I would buy peloton on stock acquisitions .
