Loaction of stadium or arena project is very important factor which influence the cost.Safety and security major are concerns for residential areas project.At a remote locations,it will not be inviting many games and will be less attractive for people(viewers and audience) to reach and shall not make a huge economic difference to the society.If it is in the downtown,it will lead to more severe traffic and due to late night shows and games,it might affect the culture of living for the residents.However,if it is situated near a highway,it will easy to reach and also traffic and others problems will also be submerged.

Further,it will create employment for plenty of people directly or indirectly.It will create opportunities for other buisinesses also.
