Answer #1

As i am a retail client/customer to my bank, hence my bank provides retail services or products to me.

I have savings account with the bank, so my bank provides services like Net banking, Electronic fund transfer, Fixed deposit, Recurring deposit, Credit card account, making online payments to various utilities bills etc.

Bank usually sells this service when i visit the bank branch or over the phone. As they have assigned a dedicated Relationship Manager to me so she introduces all these services and try to sell these products to me.
