Disparate Impact: As per US labor laws it is defined as the practice in which one section of people is discriminated against other section of people on the basis of color, race, caste, religion, disability etc in mainly employment, housing and other areas.

There is a very common example in the employment related to disparate impact is that application is asked from the everyone but unintentionally eliminate certain minority candidates after the test which is in disproportionate level.
