The role of a cashier.

Being a cashier is a very responsible job. It needs quite a bit responsibility and answerability to perform the tasks.

It needs a detailed analysis method to know exact the required level for the job. It needs a minute details. It needs attention to figures as it is financial one where lots of finacial data can come. This is the era of big data where we are getting lots of data. Every data in itself says something so analysing it is very important. Becaue they are generally raw in nature and the job is to extract the meaningful information from it. He or she shold be answerable as at the end of the day the balances should match with the available cash.

Job Description:

The following are the qualities and skills reqired to perform a role of cashier;\

1. The candiadate should be detail oriented

2. Should have professional accountancy qualification

3. Posses the understanding of cash balances

4. Data driven decison making is desirable

5. Should have proven record in prior organisation, if possible

6. Should be able to match the recoed with the actual balance at the end of the day

7. Should be able to compile lots of data so that information can be made from it
