1. Composition of team :

The composition of the team should be associated with right kind of people who possess adequate talent and skills to make things happen and perform in team. Team members get support of each other in delivering high performance results. Lack skill team members should be removed to make an effective composition of team. Team should be of adequate size not too small or too large.

2. Change management abilities of team :

Team must be adaptable to new environment and skills. A High-performing team accepts change very fast and performs in good way. By understanding individual team member’s strength and weakness team members can change roles and perform. Doing one task is monotonous and that is why change is important among team member’s role.

3. Context for team :

Here the term context means environment or atmosphere of company. Contexts can highly influence and increase or decrease team’s efficiency. A good leader and supporting management support team and create good context. Instead of rewarding team members with individual incentives management should make policy to reward the team. By eliminating hurdles of passage one can support team. Team based activities also make an effective collaboration.

4. Competencies of team :

After knowing core competencies of each team member, team must be builded in such a way that it deliver the best results. Effective communication, effective decision making, feedback process, building trust, resolving disputes and work contribution as competency makes a high performing team.
