Answer #1

Due to the unfolding of coronavirus, the performance of various companies has gone down because of physical shutdown and it has led to increase in their overall profits and expected revenue in coming years.

there are various type of risk which are faced by the companies like shrinkage in demand and there would be lot of cut down in production and shutdown of operation, so there will be a risk related to cut down of it skilled manforce and which will affected into the long-term productivity of various companies and the growth of economy is also projected to slow down due to an impending recession.

If I had to choose a fortune 500 company I will choose Apple computers which is an American company and which is worldwide operational and the risk it is facing that it commands a high margin on its product and the volumes are not as much as effective as other company, because the margin on its products are high and it has a targeted group of customers so it will face various problem related to manufacturing because most of its manufacturing is related to China and once there is a slowdown in the manufacturing then it will be very hard for this company to produce as per the demand and demand is also slowing down so it will lead to overall shrinkage in their volume and shrinkage in their margins so it will be discounted into their share price later on.

these sluggishness in the demand is likely to continue in the future because the vaccine is not yet found and it is expected that there would be a continuous of sluggishness in operations..
