  1. Since the basic problem is here customer dis-satisfaction so he should do first consumer survey to understand consumer basic need.
  2. He should analyze consumer response properly and should modify product if needed.
  3. Rawlinson should target consumer directly – it will help to create demand pull marketing.
  4. He should not charge lower price otherwise it will create wrong perception that the product is cheap rather he should target particular wealthy customer group.
