Answer #1

The costs and expenses would be:

1. The cost of purchasing Prom and bridal dresses (say $100,000)

2. The transportation and shipment costs from the vendor to your warehouse ($3000)

3. The warehouse rental cost where all your shipments arrive ($500 per month)

4. If you want to resell them, then would you do it online or through setting up stores?

5. If you choose to do it online, the website designing and making costs ($5000 -one time costs)

6. If you choose to set up stores, the rental amounts for each of the stores that you would set up (Going online would be cheaper) - Setting up stores may be a rent of $250 a store a month

7. If you choose online, the shipment costs to actually send it to the end customer - $1000 per month based on actual sales.

My audience is the CEO of the company and the management. I would like...

Remember that the discount rate is the interest rate that we use to find the present value of a cash flow or a lump sum. If you have $10,000 in 10 years, what would be the value of that $10,000 today. We would need to calculate the present value using 10 years as the number of periods (n), a discount rate (r) that we would need to determine, and we know the future value (fv) is $10,000. What if we...
