Most important behaviour values that will drive my behaviour as new accountant would be my ability to adjust with the working environment and work ethics of the company because that is most important to sustain and survive in the long run being a part of the organisation as I should be enjoying my role when I will be following the adequate work ethics and code of conduct.

2. I would try to convince those who are charged with governance and I will try to take them into my consideration and reason my differences and the decision of those personnel be final.
