Homework Answers

Answer #1

Plessy vs Ferguson law was aimed at defining separate but equal which upheld the constitutionality of racial segregation and it was primitive and backward kind of law which was abolished by United State supreme courts.

Brown versus topeca board of education is focused at deciding against the racial discrimination and it supported that everybody is equal and it granted equal rights to every citizen of this country without being subjected to any racial discrimination and it was the primary law which was against the the idea of separate but equal which supported the The constitutionality of racial segregation.

The change has completely reflected in the the working in different arena and economic activities as well as living surroundings because there are incorporation of the values of both black and white together and apart from a few instances, there is very less racial discrimination and people are being aware but with the killing of George Floyd, it has again given a new turn to the whole story.
