Homework Answers

Answer #1

The Answer is Undisturbed Budget

Undistributed Budget (UB) is a temporary holding account for budget associated with specific work scope or contract changes that have not been distributed to a control account or summary level planning package or resource planning purposes.

While Management Reserve is An amount of the total budget withheld for management control purposes for future considerations to handle execution risks.

Management Reserve doesnt not consider resource planning purposes it is more confined to the risk factors that are associated with the management of accounts

Control account and Profit/fee should not be considered as they are not related to Resource planning. They are connected to Strategy building .
