internalization of business provides many benefits and creates many new challanges to the firms. managing multi cultural aspects and multi environmental and global issues is not easy to firms. the issues related to: legal and compliances, culture and languages, environmental impact, technology and communcation, and so on.

to face all the said problems and find solutions may not easy to firms, for that they may stick to one place or one continental.

when business regulations are less, and government interveintion is less, there businesses have free hands to plan, frame and operate the business activities. in those places usually business firms grown quickly. so, they prefer to those kind of places and nations to do business. best example, why many of the nations are interested to do business in US, because there the regulations are use friendly
