Negotiation is basically a method by which two or more parties settle their differences and agree at the common point.It is a process by which compromise or agreement is reached wile avoiding argument and dispute.The negotiation agreement may be written or oral as the party agree.There are several reasons for which negotiation is required:

• First of all it is required to solve or reduce the conflicts among the party that means conflict resolution.
• in business deals and other deals it happen to benefit the parties like to come up with such price which is beneficial for all parties that is to come up with best deal
• negotiation also takes place to improve the communication skills
• To agree on how to share or divide a limited resources like land, money, time etc it is also called as distributive negotiation.
• To create something new or innovative which single party can't do by themselves.
