An organisation has many obligations that should be considered by making important decisions. They have many responsibilities towards its stakeholders. Organisation take decisions for the purpose of achieving the goals. So by taking this decisions they should make sure that they consider the corporate social responsibility. They should follow the ethical elements and should ensure onligations and responsibilities towards society, government, environment etc are considered. And there is another onligation is there that the decision should be make practical. They should capable of being done this. Once a decision is taken then they should make it happen. These are the obligations for the organisations.
