Answer #1

Ans: Intel Corporation is majorly and is the second largest and valued company for chipmakers , after Samsung. We can find name of Intel on major company laptops/computer devices as intel processors are mainly used in almost all the laptop/PC devices like Apple, Lenovo, HP, Dell etc.( I too am using laptop with Intel processor).

Intel name is defined from Integrated electronics.

Intel almost have monopoly in this market of microprocessor used in mobiles and PCs with around 80% share.

Initially it was majorly into manufacturing the DRAM, SRAM and ROM, but now they have shifted their focus on microprocessor and make it very successful for the world to enter into digital world with reducing the size of the processor over the years.

Adoption would entail a fixed setup cost of C but would increase revenues. However, if Intel adopts the new technology, AMD can easily copy it at a lower setup cost of C/2. If Intel adopts and AMD does not, Intel would earn $20 in revenues while AMD...
