Vision :-

Vision is a future map of the companys road mad

With the help of vision company can achieve its target very easily

Strategic Planing:

It is a process of defening strategy , direction and making decesion on the allocation of the resources.

Execution:

It refers to the implementation of the Plan made during the vision

There must be the proper balance between the responsibilities for visioning and strategic planning

-- If the project has high level of uncertanities ,less time must be given on the planning

and vice versa

--As per the changing circumstances while implementation,

the planning and vision must be changed accordingly

--During planning the reserve must be kept for the changing future circumstances.
