2) A. If we carefully analyse the Year on Year change In the Annual customer satisfaction it has shown a decreasing trend from 1500 in 2007 to 1243 in 2010. This is like 17 % decrease. Also there has been an increase in materials in collection and borrowers registered which are of no use if your customers are not satisfied over the years.
B. Book budgets, Annual Customer satisfaction & Borrowers registered
C.By using the book Budget per capita and borrowers registered , we can calculate the amount of costs that are being incurred. Like in 2010 the budget should be 43247 * $1.4 = $60545.8
