Analytics is one of the growing concept in the organisation. Due to big data we have lots of data coming at regular spee and to derive the valuable information is essential. But iplementing the analytics culture in the organisation is difficult. As the employee do not generally accept the change easily. It involves learning the new computer technologies which cannot be possible for all. Deriving the data needs analytical mindset which most of the employees are missing in present times. The cost and time involved are also very high.
