Answer #1

Budget income can be from taxes(personal, corporate, property, sales & excise, capital gains etc)

Budget expenditure

New police officer: $ 30,000 (part of public safety below)

Public safety = 65% = $ 1,365,000

  • Night patrol squads = 30% of public safety (extra 10% for first-aid kits for instant reaction to accidents)
  • CCTVs in crowded areas = 10%
  • Free self-defense training for all female public 10%
  • Prisoners employment programs 20%
  • Institute a public safety fund for emergencies 20%

Remaining = 35%

  • 20% on roads (exclusive lane for ambulances) & and public infrastructure
  • 15% on parks
