What are some potential problems for the current class of engineers recruited at DSI?

For the Assembly operation, DSI does not rely on its subcontractors to produce parts which is required in the Assembly operation and moreover the current class of Engineers is faced with lack of training because they receive only 10 hours of training per year and they received most of the training during their orientation. It leads to their lack of knowledge and specificity of their jobs It leads to job dissatisfaction which will ultimately leads in the decrease of the turnover of DSI.
