Brick na dmortar stores are facing great difficulty to tackle with these online retailers.

They are best in keeping relationship with their frequent buyers so these shop keeper should focus more on customer satisfaction by conducting surveys as in what they want , product might not be available in the shop, take suggestions of new products to keep in stores and their needs.

Online retails don't have this advantage of meeting to their buyer and thus brick and mortar can develop this relationship.
