Will China continue to ba a growth marketplace?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

China has slowly losing it's status of an emerging market . China's growth rate is slowing. If china continues to maintain its policy trajectory of state control and slowing growth, China will soon lose its status as an emerging market economy. Emerging market economies are developing economies moving towards an open market economy.

China has expereinced sharp slow down in the reform process, increasing state interference and lower levels of growth.

one major reason for the slwoing growth is market forces have been squashed by a buildup in the state sector and mounting risks which could lead to a economic collapse. China's econmic policy has shifted from liberalizing the currency and the financial sector and towards enhancing the organiztion and financial resources of the state owned enterprises. Unless reform is made a priority ,china will lsoe its shine.
