A couple paragraphs on the sustainability value creation of the Waterloo Metro Quarter Over Station Development project. This report is aimed directly at client of the project which is sydney metro city and south west.

I have to write about the sustainabilty of the project mentioned above. Directing my information to the projects client which is also mentioned above.

Sustainable project development essentially involves undertaking ecofriendly and energy efficient construction models in order to embed a sustainable environment in the ecosystem and its counterparts while also ensuring sustainable development in residential and commercial construction.

The new metro station is situated underground. Hence the project is shaped in such a manner so as to start the over station development at the same time in order to aid in parallel completion of the projects in an integrated manner. The buildings are anticipated to be completed close to when Sydney Metro City & Southwest services start in 2024. This in turn reduces the community impact time wastage and the benefits of the Metro Quarter can be enjoyed at its best.

The construction and subsequent completed projects are directly a source of job creation, wealth creation and an icon for Sydney’s identity and reputation. The project will be sustainable in various aspects including its design features which take into account the changing times and shall remain adaptable.

Environmental sustainability shall be ensured at every stage of progress by employing the best sustainability practice initiatives during the design and execution of the project at all times. The project takes into account the opinions, needs and feedback of all its stakeholders and is keen in providing them with timely information and progress levels. The project thus enables to provide an overall sustainable value creation.
