Make a circuit diagram: Create a seal in circuit with three NO pushbuttons, three NC pushbuttons, two limit switches normally closed and a relay which energizes a motor starter. The limit switches when open will stop the motor.

Answer #1

In this diagram two Normally Closed limit switch L1 and L2 are used. PB1, PB2, PB3 are normally closed push buttons and PB4, PB5, PB6 are normally open push buttons. All the switches are connected to actuate a relay "R". This relay will operate motor "M" through its normally open contact R(NO). All the push buttons are connected in such a way that by pressing any one NO push button the motor will start and by pressing any one NC push button that motor will stop. If any of the limit switches will open then the motor will stop. This circuit does not have any latching mechanism means the motor will not operate if the NO push buttons are released.

Design a three-wire control circuit that reverses a one-phase AC motor using a Forward/ Reverse rotary switch. Include in your design two start switches and one Stop switch. Either Start switch should start the one-phase AC motor while in the forward or reverse direction. The three bulbs are then taken out of the circuit and rearranged so that, with the switch closed, Bulb A is brighter than Bulbs B and C, and Bulbs B and C are equally bright. With the switch open, Bulb A is off, and Bulbs B and C stay about the same brightness as when the switch was closed. Sketch the circuit and upload it below.

Three identical lightbulbs are connected in parallel to a constant voltage power supply. Initially, switch S1 is closed and the other two switches open. When the other two switches, S2 and S3, are closed, the brightness of the first light bulb B1 Group of answer choices will be less. will be unchanged. will be more. will depend on how long the switches are on. cannot be predicted without knowledge of V and resistance.

Circuit breakers are re-settable switches that protect us against a dangerously large total current by opening the circuit to stop the current at a specified safe value. A 1,650 W toaster, a 1,090 W iron and a 1,250 W microwave are plugged into a 120 V A.C. outlet which is connected to 20-Ampere circuit breaker. When all the appliances are turned on the breaker “kicks out”. Why did this happen and determine which two appliances may be used simultaneously.

Q2 Design a PLC program, for the conveyor belts that bring out the suitcases at an airport. The circuit must operate as follows: • When the START (a Normally Open push button) is pressed, a siren will sound for 30 seconds. • After 30 seconds, the conveyor will operate, and the siren will stop sounding. • If the STOP (a Normally Closed push button) is pushed, the conveyor will stop. • If the STOP is pressed during the period that...

Simple retrovirus encodes three essential genes. Draw a diagram that depicts an integrated provirus with these three genes in the correct order. Show that the first two genes are out of frame relative to each other. Make sure to label the three genes and indicate the correct position of the long terminal repeats. When one considers the general rule that eukaryotic cells use mononcistronic mRNAs, explain how the pol and env proteins are produced from the provirus.
