A solar photovoltaic with energy storage (battery) is used to power up several electrical appliances in a rural chicken farm. The electrical appliances consisted of 240 V rms ac loads (ceiling fans, fluorescent lamps) and 12 V dc loads (LED lamps). These appliances are operated 24 hours daily. Propose a power supply system for the farm. Sketch and briefly explain the proposed system. Clearly label all components.

**The power supply will consist of two forms of power AC and DC . In AC power supply we will need an inverter that will convert DC power of the battery to AC 240 Volts . This power will be then fed to load via Isolator and Circuit Breakers that will be required for Fault protection and Maintainence related activities if needed . Another 12 V supply can be directly taken from the battery to feed the LED loads .
