Answer #1

The increasing voltage chopper is also known as Step-up Voltage Chopper. The circuit simulation is shown in the image:

Here, Dc volatge source is 300V, Field excitation of DC motor is set to 150V (I have used a wound rotor type, with No preset and mechanical input as Torque TL suppiled as a step signal 'Torque source').

The inductor is default value, and diode, mosfet are aslo default (I have switched off their measurement ports as they were of no use in DC motor performance analysis).

To see, motor performance connect a demux from measurement port and see it into a scope; it gives four outputs viz.,

So, here the outputs are shown for the dc motor: (Please make the required edits in your parameters like inductor value in the chopper, or try changing some DC machine parameters to get familiar waveforms; experiments wth it you'll learn)

This one is from the scope connected to voltage measurements.

Hope, it worked for you. Unfortunately can't provide any simulink files here to let you nalyse with my design but i guess you are good to do design it by yourself and further analyze whatever you experiments you want to do with it.

Thanks for asking!!
