Inputs: One button to request a ticket, one optical sensor that indicates whether there is a car present in front of the ticket dispenser and another one that indicates whether there is a car at the gate position.

Output: One signal to eject a new ticket, one signal to open (open=1) or close (open=0) the gate.

The user must press the button, then the system should provide a ticket, open the gate, wait for the car to enter and close the gate.

Any condition not specified in the text above can be arbitrarily determined by the designer.
