In the Electric Potential Laboratory experiment, what does mean the letter A?, in this formula. V(r)=A ln(r/r_a)

Better to ask what is the name of each term in this formula?

But I do not know HOW TO FIND V(r), in this formula, we measure 3 V------>, [V₁ , V₂ , V₃] and we measured r, and we calculated r_a , but what is just r? How can I find A?
