Can you design me a circuit with fixed collector-emitter voltage, the gain is not constant and it varies depending on collector current. I want to generate the beta versus collector current graph with using BJT for a fixed collector-emitter voltage (5V). Collector should span the range (1mA--> 1000mA)

or can you tell me how to vary the collector current and keep the collector-emitter voltage fixed? What are the key features to be careful about ? ? What type of components are needed ..
