What’s a good introduction for a raspberry pi motion detector project?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

As technology improvements reach greater heights day by day, the use of technology by theives and robbers has also increased. In order to detect robbers or thieves in case of theft incidents and safeguard the valuable items, motion detectors can be used with raspberry pi module. Pyroelectric infrared sensors are used to detect motion and they send save the detected images temporarily and send message to the users through raspberry pi module without any delay. Through this the user can monitor his house or office from anywhere. This gives a cost efficient method to detect unwanted motion in the room in case of absence of owner in that place.

Expectant parents are thrilled to hear their unborn baby's heartbeat, revealed by an ultrasonic motion detector. Suppose the fetus's ventricular wall moves in simple harmonic motion with amplitude 1.83 mm and frequency 106 beats per minute. The motion detector in contact with the mother's abdomen produces sound at precisely 2 MHz, which travels through tissue at 1.50 km/s. (a) Find the maximum linear speed of the heart wall. ________m/s (b) Find the maximum frequency at which sound arrives at the...

Implement the following code in ARM on Raspberry Pi, compile and run g=12, h=8, i=2, j=5; f = (g + h) - (i + j); Your program displays the message: f = (g + h) – (i + j) = 13 Note that 13 should be calculated, not hardcoded E.g., When you change h = 18 for example, the output should be 23.
