To calculate any Antenna performance characteristics it is based on measure of its performance. It is combined with the relation already given as for received power for Isotropic antenna as Pr

where Pr= PT/4pir2. 2//4pi

Real Antenna do better than an isotrope as we shall see it is useful standard for comparison.

Therefore, after submitting the values given as

PT= 1W, r=1000km and we know that  =c/f

after submitting above values we have quanta received in power is 2.6x1019.
