Answer #1

making of dc motor with magnets and commutator

Take one round magnet to construct the dc motor and take take gloove to stick the two nails to magents for permanent stick of nails to hold the coils.

A direct motor (DC) motor needs a way to transfer electrical current to wire coils on th armature so they energize and make magnetism that propels the motor. The commutator is a split metal collar brushed by carbon or metal brushes.

Wrap each end of the magnet core on the armature with one layer of black plastic electrical tape for extra insulation. Then began the process of winding approximately 200 turns of enameled wire around the magnet core ends.

Take the 9v battery give the connection to the nails which pass current through the coil and rotate wire there is rotation.

You must design a power transmission system to connect a DC motor to its load. The motor is given in the motor catalogue as a BM1400 motor. You must create a transmission that will connect to this motor and have a two stage gear reduction (i.e. there must be two sets of gear reduction) with a total drive reduction of 10:1. The final output shaft must be at 90 deg from the input shaft. You must specify all the components...
