Having a hard time finding the power requiements and interface specifications on this date sheet. Could you explain to me where this infomation is on the sheet and what information is important.

Well, always we have check for the input and the output specifications in the datasheet.

So, in the datasheet given by you, has some specs like limits for supply currents, output voltage, output current(source, sink).

So the specifications you need power requirements. So take the supply current max and VDD and take the product to have power.

Since there are different ratings and ranges of voltages given, we need to consider the current and voltage according to our requirement and so find power requirements.
