Here 2N2222A trainsistor is used which can drive 600mA current. R1 is resistor 100E. the Diode is fast recovery diode i.e. mur420rlg etc you can use any diode but it should have greater breakover voltage than back emf of the relay. Ground terminal should be common for both transistor's emmiter and the microcontroller. If you need any problem like transistor heating than you can reduce the value of R1. this circuit will active HIGH. Any way Like is expacted,Thank you
